Refund Policy

 

Cancellation:

+3 Working Days before delivery date - We can only refund 50% of your order total 

 

Less than 3 Working Days before delivery date - Unfortunately a refund is not possible as the necessary preparations have began to create your order

 

Any Issues/Problems:

Please contact dujourpatisserie@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, stating 1) your order number 2) a picture of your product. We take complaints very seriously so the complaint will be reviewed by our manager who ultimately decides whether you receive a refund.
