1. Do you have any restrictions for personalisation?
As indicated in our Terms of Service, 5.2 Content Rules -
We do not permit personalised products to include any content or material which:
• Infringes anyone's copyright: in particular, you must ensure that you either own the copyright in an image or any other content that you wish to include in a personalised product or that you are fully licensed by the copyright owner to include that image or other content in the personalised product.
• Infringes any other rights, such as a trade mark, of any person or entity or a duty owed to any person or entity, such as a duty of confidentiality.
• Contravenes any applicable law (including, without limitation, any criminal law) or regulation.
• Is false, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, abusive, threatening or defamatory, or that might cause needless annoyance, inconvenience or distress to any person.
• Misrepresents identity or impersonates any person.
• Includes any material containing personally identifying information about another person, such as their address, phone number, or email address, except with the written approval of that person.
• Contains material which is pornographic, obscene, indecent or offensive, which promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, or that may incite hatred or violence against any person or group.
• May harass, upset, embarrass or alarm any person.
• Gives the impression that it emanates from or has been approved by us.
• Advocates, promotes or assists any unlawful act.
2. What will be my delivery date?
Yes, On the checkout page, an estimated delivery date will be shown.
Some dates are unavailable if we are fully booked on that day or we are closed.
3. Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland
4. Can I make a change to my order?
Email dujourpatisserie@gmail.com and state:
1. order number (e.g. #1103)
2. the change requested
Please note we only accept order changes sent in three working days before your chosen delivery date.
5. What to do if I have not received a confirmation email?
Email us at dujourpatisserie@gmail.com and we'll look into this for you
6. What is the shelf-life for Cookies & Brownies?
Our cookies/brownies will stay soft and gooey for upto seven working days in an airtight container at room temperature
DO NOT STORE COOKIES IN THE FRIDGE (Brownies can be stored in the Fridge to make them more firm)
7. Which Allergens are present?
Please note we make all our products in an environment where nuts, peanuts, eggs, milk, soya, sesame and gluten are present. For this reason, we cannot guarantee they are free from traces of these allergens. Our bakes may contain milk, eggs, soya, wheat (gluten), and nuts.
8. Do you have Gluten-Free options?
Not at the moment but coming soon
9. Are your bakes halal?
Our bakes are halal.
10. Are your bakes suitable for vegetarian?
Yes they are
11. Are your bakes Kosher?
Our bakes are NOT kosher.
12. Can I add a personalised note?
You may add a free personalised note on the checkout page
13. Do your bakes come with a paper receipt or invoice?
No, it does not
